However, one of the most common issues that owners of the Range Rover face is that the tailgate hinge tends to break down after a few years of use. This can be a major problem, as it can cause the tailgate to fall off completely, and can also be a safety hazard.

In order to solve this problem, Kingsley Cars contacted us and asked us to reverse-engineer the tailgate hinge. This means that we had to create an electronic 3D record of the hinge, so that it could be 3D-printed in tool steel on demand.
