GUIDLINES TO RECIEVE A "FREE 3D PRINT"
These are the only guidlines that will be considered for "FREE 3D Printing", if these criteria are not met then the Object will be chargable to the customer.
Please Read the guildlines below and ensure you fully understand them.
- Any request that falls under the clause "Right to refuse a request" will automatically be rejected
- Items to be considered as a legitimatere quest for FREE 3D Printing must fall within these dimensions : 60 x 60 x 25 mm anything larger will be a chargable request.
- An Object will be 3D Printed for FREE when the customer as purchased from us in the past and can: a.) Produce the last two invoice numbers
b.) The new request falls within the above meantion dimensional guidlines c.) The new request is for FDM Technology and the Materials are as meantioned below.
- The "FREE 3D Printing Service" only applies to the following :
a.) FDM Technology Requests. b.) Material Requests for : ABS, PLA, PETG,ASA and Nylon
- If the request is for mulitple items or for duplicate prints of the same item then only 1 of the prints will be FREE as long as the dimensions of that item fall within the afore mentions dimensions stated above
A Customer may recieve a £50.00 Credit Note on the condition of providing or promoting our sister site "Imagine Digital Design"
which results in a 6 months signed contact so the Services privided by
"Imagine Digital Design".
